Panel Fabricator

Deeside Timberframe, one of the UK’s leading timberframe suppliers, have a great opportunity for a Panel Fabricator to join their busy and expanding team at their manufacturing facility in Stonehaven.

Ideally candidates will have previous experience within the timber frame industry or will have a joinery background.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling timber frame panels and floor/roof cassettes
• Working indoors at a bench or outside on tasks as required
• Using appropriate power tools
• Maintaining good housekeeping within work area
• Adhering to health and safety policy and procedures within the factory environment

Required:

• A basic understating of fabrication drawings
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team

Note the role will involve manual handling (lengths of timber and sheets of boarding), stretching and kneeling.
