In his enhanced role, Mr. Tosh will also continue to have operational oversight of for all developments in the Group’s Homes and Construction businesses.
As the Operations Director for Bancon Homes and Bancon Construction, Mr. Tosh has consistently demonstrated his in-depth knowledge and expertise in the construction and house-building sectors. With 30 years of experience in the industry, he has built a reputation for his dedication to innovation, high-quality standards, safety, cost-efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
