Industry recognition marks a milestone year for the Group’s 50th anniversary.
Bancon is celebrating a major achievement in its 50th year as both its Homes and Construction divisions have been named finalists in the 2025 Scottish Home Awards.
Bancon Homes is shortlisted in the Excellence in Customer Service category, reflecting the company’s long-standing commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Meanwhile, Bancon Construction has been recognised as a finalist in two categories: Social Housing Development of the Year (Under 100 units) for the Kaimhill project, and Social Housing Development of the Year (Over 100 units) for the landmark Cloverhill development in Bridge of Don. Both projects were delivered on behalf of Aberdeen City Council.
The Scottish Homes Awards ceremony will be held at the Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow on Thursday, June 19.
Cloverhill has already been named a finalist in the Homes for Scotland Awards under Affordable Development of the Year (Large), with the winners to be announced at a ceremony in Edinburgh on May 30.
