TRADES PERSON OF THE YEAR – DOMINIC CLUTTERBUCK
Dominic has dedicated over 17 years to our business joining in 2008 as an Adult Apprentice Joiner. From day one, his dedication to craftsmanship, quality, and continuous learning has set him apart.
Today, Dominic is widely regarded as one of the most skilled joiners in our business. His technical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence are unmatched. Site managers describe his workmanship as “faultless” and speak of the trust and peace of mind that come with having Dominic on site.
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF THE YEAR – CLOVERHILL
Located between Bridge of Don and Aberdeen beach, the vision for Cloverhill is to create a new sustainable and transformative social housing community, providing high-quality, energy-efficient homes and healthy lifestyle opportunities for residents, businesses and the community.
In 2021 Bancon were awarded the main contractor contract by Aberdeen City Council to deliver 536 homes, together with three retail units and a community hall, two parks, a 3G sports pitch and changing room, allocated space for a Men’s Shed and allotments, and all associated roads, footpaths, street lighting and street furniture.
