2025 marked an incredible milestone for Bancon Group, marking 50 years in business. To honour this achievement and celebrate our shared successes, we hosted a memorable event at Ardoe House Hotel, Aberdeen, on Saturday, 22nd November 2025.

With over 270 attendees, the evening was filled with pride, recognition, and entertainment.

Highlights included:

• Inspiring speeches from Mr. Jamie Burnett, Owner, and Bob McAlpine, Executive Chairman.
• Long Service Awards and Core Value Awards, recognising the dedication and commitment of our outstanding team members.
• A spectacular performance by the Bucksburn & District Pipe Band, setting the tone for a truly Scottish celebration.
• The night concluded with an unforgettable party featuring Glitz, the Live Entertainment Provider of the Year 2025/26.

The event was a resounding success, and feedback suggests everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening. It was a fitting tribute to our history and a celebration of the people who make Bancon Group what it is today.
