Deeside Timberframe are looking for an Office / Accounts Administrator to join the accounts team based at their office in Stonehaven.
You will be responsible for the full purchase ledger process, from processing purchase orders through to preparing payment runs, and reception and administrative duties.
Primary responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties including booking in visitors, answering calls, fire alarm testing
- Administrative duties including raising stationery orders and preparing delivery notes
- Matching goods received notes to purchase orders and invoices
- Ensuring overhead invoices are properly authorised
- Liaising with Purchasing on coding and where discrepancies arise
- Assisting with monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assisting with preparing payment runs to predetermined timescales for management review
- Answering supplier queries
- Assisting with Bancon Group reporting requirements such as chain of custody and carbon reporting
- Handling and recording petty cash transactions
- Assisting with some fleet management tasks such as booking MOTs and renewing road fund licences
- Booking accommodation and staff travel
Skills and experience required:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Previous experience of using Microsoft 365
