Dunecht Estates have formed a partnership with Bancon Developments and Stewart Milne Homes
to explore development opportunities within the Stonehaven South area.
The partners believe that Stonehaven South offers a real opportunity to create
a sustainable and integrated community.

From the 30th June - 2nd July 2008, the partners held a public exhibition in the St Leonard's Hotel in Stonehaven.
